Positive: The location is amazing, the bed is comfortable and the bedding was cleaned when we arrived.
Negative: The place could be great if there is some on-going care. We stayed for a week and there wasn't any cleaning during our stay, the bathroom wasn't cleaned or the bedroom. We usually stay in shared apartments and every 3 or half way of the stay the room is cleaned. The shower didn't have enough water pressure but that was due to the shower head leaking - it was from the top, it just needed a new shower head. The hand sink didn't have cold water so it was really hot water only to wash my hands. The system that they have for the rubbish, just doesn't work. You get daily messages about the rubbish and what bag to put outside and how you will get fine by the host if you don't put the right bag out. However, the kitchen is shared by other 3 flats so you can't really be responsible for other people's rubbish that you don't know - it's not fair. The room has AC but the machine is due for a check, it's very loud. Also, the host took a 100€ deposit that over a week after check out, it's still to be refunded. We were only given a small bath towel for 7 days of stay per person. They could change them every 2 or 3 days
Summary: It could be a good place with some on-going care

Positive: Good location, very close to the bus station to the city or other places on Malta. In the house you have complete common kitchen with all facilities, your own bathroom - but is not in the room and common place with TV. From the Pieta bus station you can reach the Valeta main station in apr. 5 minutes or by foot in around 20 minutes.
Negative: Bathroom not in the room.
Summary: Reasonable price for good location near capital

Positive: The property was in a good location, it had clean sheets and a nice aesthetic overall. Owner was kind and always answering the phone.
Negative: Didn’t like the shared bathrooms, even though it says that it’s private bathroom, your bathroom is located in a shared space with 3 other bathrooms. No A/C in the common areas. The other residents left dirty dishes and glasses everywhere almost. There is no sound isolation.
Summary: Very good budget room but comes with some negatives, would recommend for people looking something cheap
