Positive: The villa is situated in a perfect quiet location, with spectacular view to the ocean. The garden is also beautiful. You can walk down to the sea, but you cannot swim there. However a smaller sandy beach is only 2 minutes walk The terrace is huge and you can have a rest there on the comfortable sofa, or you can have a meal there in the dining area. There is a covered grill place near the terrace, so we could grill fish there, what we bought from a neighbour fisherman. The house itself very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped. You can cook everything there. There is washing machine too. Each bedroom and the living room is air conditioned. But we did not use them so often, as the temperature was pleasant so we opened the windows for the night.
Negative: You definitely need a car to be able to reach out. The road, as most of the roads on Praslin, is very narrow, and curvy, but we got used to it by the end of our stay. I hoped to be able to snorkel here, but the water was too much wavy. But we could have wonderful snorkeling experience at Ansel Lazio.

Negative: The road to the facility is quite a rollercoaster. But not different like other roads on the island... challenging for european habbits 😀.

Positive: Wow, the most beautiful garden and the view, you can just sit there all day enjoying the view. On the terrace or down by the sea on your beachchair. Quiet and peaceful, and the most beautiful beach just a few steps away. Great snorkeling, but it's a bit hard to go down from the property, better from the beach. We were without a car, and we didn't miss it,. Shop with all necessities a 10 min. Walk away, as well as a restaurant and busstop. We got everywhere by bus. There's a beach grill which was really yummie, and we also got our daily coconut there you can also grill yourself at the villa and buy fresh fish from a neighbor fisherman. . Villa equipped with everything needed, well equipped kitchen, huge fridge, washing maschine, great bathrooms...
Negative: Bed was not so comfortable, kitchen quiet hot,especially while cooking. We were sad to leave and would have loved to stay longer.

Positive: The house is wonderful, with an amazing view. The garden is very beautiful and enjoyable especially with kids. The design inside the house is very nice. We loved using the BBQ. We had every equipment we needed in the house, in excellent condition. We were very confortable. We enjoyed the direct access to the see and to a great snorkeling site as well as the possibility to reach one of the prettiest and quietest beach of the island in 2 minutes walk or by swimming. Take rubber shoes with you to be able to walk on the shore down the house.
Negative: The absence of air conditionning in the main room was a problem and makes it unpleasant to cook or stay in this room.
