Positive: We had a great experience staying at this lovely home. We got to experience some of the features of an older-style home, but it was also in good repair and clean. There are lots of windows for good light. We loved the huge kitchen with so many beautiful dishes. Our host very kindly walked over in the rain to help with our wi-fi once -- otherwise, we had no problems. We enjoyed the rice shop and produce market close by, and were able to drive all around the beautiful Izu Peninsula.
Summary: Lovely relaxing space that has been nicely updated to keep retro charm.
