Welcome to Cotswold Chic Retreats and Jacinabox Cottage is a beautiful ground floor cottage with its own private driveway parking right outside and a sunny south facing private garden for our guests sole use situated in the very heart of Chipping Campden just a minutes walk from the famous High Street with all its restaurants, pubs & cafes which have outside seating and beer gardens for the summer months, also boutique shops, luxury food shops and delis, beautiful homeware and interior design stores, antique shops.
When you open the front door into a haven:
A cosy, beautifully decorated and furnished lounge with an impressive limestone fireplace - decoration only. For those cosy nights in front of the TV there is a Smart TV with streaming services. The intimate dining area contains a dining table with seating for 2 people.
We have just upgraded the WIFI super fast fibre-optic free unlimited WIFI is available to all our guests if you need to work whilst away.
Step from the lounge through the archway into the Fully Fitted kitchen where you can provide home cooked meals in the comfort of the cottage.
The fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped including a gas cooker with gas hob, microwave, washing machine and dryer for guests which is handy for longer stays, also a large fridge with a small freezer.
Returning to the living room, a wall of spacious wardrobes and shelves providing plenty of storage for luggage and clothes. Also provided is an iron & ironing board for the convenience for our guests.
Kingsize bedroom with designer wallpapers and soft furnishes. The bedroom is a welcoming warm and bright bedroom with views over the garden. The room features a large kingsize bed with high quality egyptian cotton bedding, two bedside tables. Tallboy chest of drawers. Large mirror with hairdryer for your convenience. Sky Glass Smart TV with Netflix included for watching movies in Bed.
Brand newly fitted ensuite bathroom. The ensuite leads from the bedroom. Luxurious Clawfoot Rolltop bath (not suitable for quests with restricted mobility) with electric shower over, a heated towel rail, wash basin and toilet. Also an illuminated mirror. One set of Fluffy hand and bath towels are provided.
We have a strict no dogs (pets) policy at all of our cottages.

Summary: Lovely little cottage tucked away off the main street. All mod cons, comfy bed and sofa and nice little garden. Many shops and restaurants on the main street. A good place to stay to visit The Cotswolds.

Summary: My wife and I stayed for a week at the property in order to jet lag before going on to Cicely for a month. The unit was nicely decorated, fully equipped, with a uni washer dryer in the kitchen…. parking was easy and the instructions were well presented. In my interpretation, I felt that the unit consisted of an upstairs bedroom, but this was not the case and for a California couple the unit seemed small, but beautiful and quiet. The unit was attached to other units, including an upstairs unit which I did not realize yet was constructed out for Cottswald stone. Very nice.unit overall. Dr. Pedersen and Dr. Simpson.

Summary: The home is lovely, the location ideal and while there aren’t very many shops in the area, we found an AMAZING Italian restaurant (Da Luigi’s) and a great pub (8 Bells). Very clean and well taken care of. We highly recommend it to visitors to the area!

Summary: It was snowing when we arrived, but we were cozy in our cottage. The gas fire was warm and the bed was so comfortable. Nicci was such a delight to work with. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to quaint shops and delicious dining. Michael’s and 8 Bells were our favorites.

Summary: This was our first visit to the Cotswolds and I wasn’t sure what to expect- I was not disappointed. Chipping Campden is a wonderful village to stay or as a home base to visit other locations in the area. Jacinabox is a lovely apartment just behind the prettiest High Street in England. Very convenient to shopping, groceries and restaurants, as well as the head of several walking/hiking trails. The apartment is small but well apportioned and the private side garden was a delight.

Summary: Jacinabox was perfectly located just behind the high street in Chipping Camden. A hidden gem. Nice and quiet. The apartment was very cosy and comfortable, with a lovely interior design feel. Every requirement was catered for. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.
