Baileyfield Cottage offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat with wonderful surroundings. Located to the north of Edinburgh city centre in the well-known area of Portobello. Well known for the beautiful beach, the area has a plethora of bars, cafés and restaurants all located nearby.
The cottage is the perfect escape for couples. Fitted and equipped to high standards throughout with a real sense of luxury, the property is set over two floors. The main living room to the front has a Smart TV in case you find yourselves having an evening in. The kitchen area is fantastic, the central island is the perfect place to enjoy a drink, a meal or simply sit and enjoy one another's company. It's always nice when there's a wine cooler in a high spec kitchen. There is a bathroom downstairs with an over bath shower.
Upstairs, there is an en-suite shower room leading off the bedroom, which itself is fitted again to the same luxury standard expected with a super kingsize bed and yet another Smart TV for lazy mornings. The rear garden and drive have also been finished to high standards. A quality artificial lawn and patio area can be enjoyed by guests on a sunny day given the position and is an ideal place to eat or have a barbecue with some of the fine foods available throughout the city.
