Positive: The place was nice to stay in, the area was peaceful and had great space for the kids to play outside.
Negative: When we booked the accommodation it advertised a washing machine and a bath as we have young children. When we arrived, the washing machine was a pay to use facility and no bath. Young children go through a lot of clothes so this was undesirable. I did not feel like moving again thus stayed. The TV is ancient so becomes difficult to entertain the children when it's a rainy day, Possibly upgrade the TV to a smart TV would be a great addition.
Summary: It was a pleasant stay.

Positive: Location peaceful and excellent for our dog. Clean and tidy
Negative: We booked cottage 3 but on arrival that was occupied. We found it difficult to contact anyone but were eventually helped and went to cottage 5. Unfortunately this was not really ready and there heating and hot water had to be started from scratch. There was also no bin, bath mat, cleaning cloths etc which was remedied in the morning. The amenities listed on booking include a hair dryer and iron which were not present. Also there was no grill pan and no frying pan which would have made things a bit easier.
Summary: Off to a poor start but things got better.
