This lovely cottage home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac conveniently located just 2 miles from the University of Alabama Campus. You will be just minutes away from Bryant Denny Stadium, downtown Tuscaloosa, and many restaurants and shops. This beautiful 1940s home is the perfect place to gather for Alabama Football game weekends, University of Alabama functions, or just visiting in the beautiful city of Tuscaloosa. This house has plenty of parking in the front and back, large fenced in backyard and has recently been remodeled, with the original hardwood floors maintained throughout. It features 3 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 full beds), 1 bath and 1 full sofa bed.
With its full kitchen including new appliances, coffeemaker (bag of fresh coffee will be provided!) fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glasses and basic cooking supplies, it’s perfect for entertaining! Other features include central air/heat, washer/dryer, security system, charcoal grill, outside patio with outdoor furniture (great for tailgating!), front porch seating, large HDTVs in den and master bedroom. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided as well.

Summary: We were staying in Tuscaloosa to move our son into Bama for his freshman year. Cottage at Hackberry Circle was the perfect home away from home and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Being in this home brought peace to our family during the transition of our son to college.
