Great location in the Cottonwood Crossing residential community in Gilbert off of Greenfield and Warner. This home features a split floor-plan, is fully furnished and right next to the secluded community park with easy access to the water canal for walking or biking. Close to all kinds of shopping centers including San Tan Village Mall. remodel in 2020 and looks great. no pics yet. Furnishings include washer, dryer, and 58 inch HD TV. Summary: The host and home was very accommodating. I felt very at home. There was comfort, all the necessary equipment for daily comfort, tvs, washer dryer, dishwasher, (fully equipped kitchen) large back yard, nearby park, Planet Fitness was down the street and Ethan gave us a guest pass. Plenty to see and do. I took my great grandchildren to Fat Cats for a day of fun and utilized the park.

Summary: This Gilbery home was exactly what my mother and I needed for outlr mother-daughter vacation. It was close to the airport and a 30-45 minute drive to everything we wanted to do in the area. Great walking paths nearby, neighbors were quiet, and it had all the accommodations we needed.
