Summary: After arriving in the dark and rain, Heather saved us by bringing dinner. Much appreciated. Lovely to wake up to neighing and bird song. The cabin was comfortable and cozy.

Summary: Our first VRBO booking to celebrate our anniversary. Heather was a fantastic host, she picked flowers and left them in a vase on the counter as we came into the cabin. It was our home away from home for a few days & a welcomed retreat. Sunrise crest over the tops of trees, mountain fog and lightning skies. The birds chirping and the rooster crowing to greet you to a new day. The beauty of the horses can been seen through the windows and what a lovely sight they are. We can’t wait to return to the little slice of Heaven.

Summary: I was looking for an isolated, peaceful place to write and relax. The quiet setting on this horse farm was perfect for this. This small cottage is very well-equipped and comfortable. The kitchen was not an updated style, but that is not a criticism because the cottage is well maintained and has everything you need. A deck with a propane fire pit is a nice addition not yet reflected in the photos. Speedy and reliable internet allowed me to do my work, then relax on the deck and the comfortable furniture with well-done room decorations. There is no TV which is a plus! The point here was to isolate to think, write, and relax. I enjoyed the gentle sounds of the woods and the horses neighing. I see myself returning for another peaceful retreat.

Summary: Very easy to love this property! Horses surround it and the place was so quiet! Great place to relax. I also felt very safe. I traveled alone and never felt scared on the property. The cabin is nestled far back behind horse paddocks, so it's fairly hidden amongst beautiful big trees. It was wonderful to hear nothing but horses and birds! The cabin had a full kitchen and had everything needed. There is no TV (wifi was available), but that's part of the quiet charm of the place. I would stay again and recommend it.

Summary: If you love horses or just simply enjoy being surrounded by nature in a beautiful cabin then this is the place for you! Me and my husband enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was warm & cozy, and beautifully decorated with comfortable & clean furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with your essentials and they had a keurig & kcups as well which was nice. You can see horses from every window and it's truly breathtaking. We went on a trail ride with Heather who is probably one of the friendliest ladies we have ever met. She was so knowledgeable and truly made it one of the best trail riding experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend you stay here if you are needing an escape from life, we will most definitely be back. Preferably in the summer where we can enjoy their beautiful deck as well.

Summary: We were in the area for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. Not being in town was nice. You could relax and enjoy watching the horses and other wildlife. I would recommend for anyone wanting a getaway or anyone wanting to learn or spend some time horseback riding.
