Set in the grounds of the old Dallavon Coach House and found at the end of the drive. As you enter the property you will find the hallway leads to a lovely double bedroom, a twin bedroom and large modern shower room. Head upstairs to the bright open plan kitchen/living/dining area with gorgeous views over the countryside. Outside there is a small sheltered paved patio by an open porch and plenty of private parking accessed via the private drive which is shared with cottage No.1.
Aberfeldy is a conservation town of in the heart of Highland Perthshire boasting of all the local amenities, offering plenty to do. Aberfeldy has a community cinema, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, delis, independent shops, and an award-winning book shop. There is also a vibrant live music scene in the area, as well as the Highland Games, Aberfeldy Festival and the annual Caledonian Etape cycle event. Great for walkers and cyclists there are many established public footpaths and cycle ways that lead directly from the front door into the heart of rural Perthshire.
The River Tay runs through Aberfeldy providing the perfect landscape for a gentle stroll along the riverbank, white water rafting or fishing, with permits available locally.
