The gîte is located in the village of Mardeuil, in an enclosed courtyard, where the owners' house is located in the second building. 2 private parking spaces are provided for the gîte in this courtyard, as well as a dedicated terrace area.
Description: Cottage located on the first floor of a building built in 2010, in an old music school completely renovated. Small hallway offering enough space to sit and hang your clothes open on the staircase that leads upstairs. At the top of the steps, a large corridor serving all the other rooms. Spacious fully equipped kitchen, open to the bright living room, with 140x200cm sofa bed (real comfortable mattress), office area and bookcases (books and DVDs at your disposal). 40 ”flat screen TV and DVD player. Very high speed WIFI internet access. Large room of 27m2 with wardrobe, composed of 2 beds of 90x200cm and a large bed of 160x200cm (beds made on arrival). Beautiful bathroom inviting to relax with freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower. Separate WC with hand basin. Quiet and pleasant cottage with neat decoration and Scandinavian notes. Baby equipment available on request.
