3 Bedroom Cottage in Gobles

Newly renovated front and back yard to maximize your quality time outdoors! Front porch is all new and perfect for your morning coffee! Three bedroom home with 1 1/2 baths. First floor bedroom with Queen bed and full bath on the main level of the home. Perfect for anyone who has difficulties going up and down the stairs! Master with king bed overlooking the lake for awesome sunrise/sunsets! Built in twin beds in another upstairs bedroom. Half bath upstairs, full bath tub/shower down. Large deck with walkway straight out to the beach. NEW fire pit equipped with rocking chairs and built in seating. Make memories with family and friends while you roast marshmallows! 132 acre all sports Duck lake awaits!. Boat dock on property and boat ramp a short walk down the road. 3 kayaks will be available and we also have a paddle boat and paddle board for your use. We have SOME life jackets but may not have every size or multiple of the same size, so it’s a good idea to bring your own. Kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities! New coffee bar to insure your day starts out right! Webber gas grill out on the deck. TV with basic channels and a DVD player with a huge movie selection. We have fiber high speed internet! This cottage is centrally located to several amazing Michigan cities! South haven is just 22 miles/30 min away. Saugatuck is just 33 mi/38 min away. St. Joseph 46 mi/56 minutes which are all perfect for a great day trip! Do a winery tour with several local spots to choose from! 2 1/2 hours from Chicagoland area! Book now before someone else gets your desired week!!! Reservation is for registered guests only. If at any time your guest list changes we must be notified. Guests are limited to 6 person maximim. Any guests arriving that are not previously registered will be subject to $100 per person per day fee. Events are NOT allowed. We have a ring doorbell for safety and protection.
*** we will not be supplying towels, beach towels or washcloths so you will need to bring your own!*** clean sheets and blankets will be supplied and on the beds upon your arrival. You may bring floats to float in the lake which is quite relaxing!

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The backyard was so perfect, we just wanted to spend every minute there. Our toddlers had so much fun playing at the beach and going in the water. The host was so great, he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We hope that we get the pleasure of staying here again.

Summary: We had a memorable time with our two kids, ages 4 and 2. Great hosts! The house was well-equipped and very clean. Plus, the neighbors were so friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed playing in the sand and fishing off the dock. We also loved the new fire pit/patio. Perfect location, as it was easy to do frequent trips to South Haven and other areas.

Summary: The place was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and very lake decor. The fire pit was very nice along with the beach. Our 13 year old grandson loved all the outdoor activities the 10 year old enjoyed catching alot of fish and the 3 year old played at the beach. The firpit was great for making smores. Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed watching the kids have sooooooo much fun. Thank you again for sharing your lake house you differently are fantastic host.

Summary: Very nice place to stay for a week with our family. Well stocked, plenty of space, and the use of the paddle boat and kayaks was such a gift! Fished right off the dock and caught plenty of fish! Water temp was perfect.

Summary: My family (parents, husband, and 2 boys) had a wonderful week at Duck Lake! It was such a quiet lake, it felt like we were the only ones there multiple times during the week. All the neighbors we met were super friendly and kind to us during our stay. We ended up packing too much stuff because Mike and Holly had so many extra things (paper towel, trash bags, k cups) I would highly recommend!

Summary: The sandy beach area was awesome for our 10 month old and 3 year old. Loved the paddleboarding and kayaking in the mornings and evenings. Great take off point for day trips (South Haven, Grand Rapids, Holland).

Summary: We loved our week at Duck Lake! The cottage is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The lake was so calm and lovely. It was perfect for kayaking everyday. The location was great for day trips to Saugatuck and South Haven for Lake Michigan beaches, wineries and shopping. We met and chatted with many friendly neighbors. It was easy to communicate with the host. Mike was very responsive and accommodating.

Summary: The property was perfect for week long vacation! The beach and the water was perfect for my kids to play in. They loved jumping off the dock into the water. The fishing was amazing off the dock as well, we caught so many bass, sunfish and bluegill. Mike was super easy to communicate with and took care of everything. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. Thanks for a great week!

Summary: We had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication with Mike and Holly was easy and quick. They had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The cottage was just as the picture suggest. It was clean and the location was perfect. We did two day trips to Tunnel Park Beach (Holland) and South Haven. The neighbors were so friendly and eager to help with suggestions. My husband brought his fishing boat but I think he did better fishing off the dock (bass and bluegill). My 3 yr old daughter had a blast making sand castles and splashing on the shore. We can’t wait to go back again next year …. Or the fall?! ❤️
