Summary: Property was excellent on all counts! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. We were in town to deal with family events and it was a perfect spot to end each day in a relaxing manner. The host was so accommodating!! We needed to extend because of unforeseen issues and it couldn't have been easier. Definitely recommend if you're considering a stay in Forest City.

Summary: We stayed here while moving our daughter into her college dorm and were very happy with every aspect of the property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is convenient to everything in the area. Communication with the owner was pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!
