Cooke's Cottage is a cozy and comfortable family retreat perfect for your summer or winter getaway. Centrally located in Port Stanley just steps to Main Beach, shopping and restaurants. This all-season cottage also offers a sunroom with a pinball and arcade machine for friendly competition after a day at the beach or the shops! Loft with ensuite for kids and teens. Book this space and stay in the heart of Southern Ontario's cutest town!
3 bedrooms offer 5 new beds with space for 7 people. The loft bedroom and its ensuite are perfect for kids and teens due to the steep stairs, low beds and sloped ceilings, but it can accommodate adults who don't mind these things. The relaxing sunroom is bright and airy with a workspace and opportunities to play on the vintage arcade and pinball machine (no quarters required!). Relax in the living room while watching your favourite movies or a sporting event on the 50" 4k Smart TV. Basic cable, Netflix, Disney+ and other apps are available. High speed internet is provided with a download speed of 150 mbps. Enjoy a meal at the breakfast bar or in the dining area. The BBQ on the deck awaits your grilling prowess.
Guests will have private access to the entire house and yard. Free parking for two to three vehicles is available in the driveway. Nearly everything, the beach, restaurants, shops and the theatre, are all accessible within a very short walk from the cottage.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.
The cottage is geared towards families. We do not allow parties, pets or extra overnight guests.
Stairs to loft are steep and narrow and accessed through the bedroom with the bunkbeds.
On certain nights, especially on weekends in the summer, live music from the local eateries can be heard.

Summary: We celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday, enjoyed a wine tour at Rush Creek Winery, a fleet of wone at Quai d'Vin, picking apples at Great Lakes, and visiting Art&Soul for fantastic coffee & delicious desserts, and walked to the beach. Such a lovely weekend!

Summary: This cute little house was the perfect place if you want to be within walking distance to everything!! The beach was extremely close, downtown was close, the location couldn’t have been better. The house was perfect for our group of 5 girlfriends. The host was great! Great communication, and she left a nice treat. The beds were so comfortable we asked where she got that mattresses from. Having a washroom in the loft was perfect. And the outdoor space was just enough. We had so much fun playing pinball, and Pac-Man. Definitely the highlight of our trip! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Mom's weekend in the cozy home was awesome. Perfect for a group of friends or even a family if 6. Happy to have 2 bathrooms and not needed to climb downstairs in the middle of the night. Nothing to complain about. Awesome time!

Summary: This is a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay. I really appreciated how bright every room was, even on grey days (I was here in early March) and most things in town, including the waterfront, are within a reasonable walking distance. The vintage arcade games give this place an extra dose of personality, and I appreciated the desk as I had some writing/desk work to do. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. I was here on my own, but it would also be a great place for a family with kids who are old enough to manage bunk beds/stairs. Denise is a responsive and very accommodating host and I would definitely return here.

Summary: This was the perfect location to enjoy Port Stanley. Walkable distance to restaurants, pubs and beach. The pinball and arcade games were a huge hit. Lovely place to stay regardless of season.
