Positive: The location is excellent, and the property is nice and roomy

Negative: Sadly there is a construction site next door, which seems to be a major issue in Kolasin at present. During our stay, the electricity was cut off due to non-payment of a bill. The owner did refund us one night for this, but it wasn't hugely convenient to have to find another accommodation at short notice.
