Summary: This house was the best for a quiet friends weekend. The house was quaint and cozy. The beds and pillow were extremely comfortable. Everything was in close proximity. The host was easy to communicate with and we loved the welcome gift that was left. We would definitely choose this house again.

Summary: Beautiful property and amazing modern home! Loved sitting on the deck and especially morning coffee on the front porch watching the squirrels play. The kitchen was made for a chef with professional level appliances and excellent knives. It was a pleasure to cook there. The bedrooms were large, the beds were very comfortable and the linens absolutely first class. Even though we were close to all amenities, it felt so isolated and peaceful. The sounds of the surrounding woods were amazing and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this property to others. It was beyond 5 stars.

Summary: This property and house was perfect for my family! The house was clean, the owners responded very quickly, and getting into the house was easy. The beds were very comfortable and we loved enjoying time out on the deck and using the grill! We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: The Honey Tree is a lovely home that was less than 20 minutes from HITS Culpepper. Beautiful hardwood floors, high end appliances, very comfortable beds and couch. The kitchen was well-stocked both in terms of cookware and basics such as olive oil and some spices. Would happily stay again if we are in the area!!

Summary: We had a great experience staying here! The actual house and property were even better than the pictures. The house was clean and welcoming and was stocked with all the basics (soap, shampoo, kitchen sponge, seasonings) so it made packing lighter and easier since everything was provided. The house was clean and not cluttered but still felt extremely homey and welcoming. The location is about 30 minutes from the state park trail heads. I would absolutely stay here again!
