Our Cozy Cottage on 60 forested acres offers 3 miles of manicured trails and fishing in a .5 acre pond. Stocked with brand new kitchen appliances, perfect for cooking meals. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, 10 people can stay comfortably. It's the perfect escape for business or pleasure. This property is part of a stunning estate that offers a peaceful atmosphere. The estate features a well-stocked pond for catch-and-release fishing and a meandering creek that encircles it, complete with its own secluded private island.
Additionally, our extensive 60-acre estate includes a wine bar open to the public on Wednesdays through Fridays from 3 pm to 9 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm. The wine bar is also available for private events. Adjacent to the wine bar, we proudly host our European-inspired food truck, L'Osteria, providing delicious culinary delights to complement your wine experience.
It's worth noting that various sections of the estate belong to our family, and you may occasionally encounter visitors at the barn or maintenance staff attending to tasks such as pond care and groundskeeping. Our family often enjoys leisurely strolls with our dogs along the wooded trails.
On weekends when our cottage isn't reserved, we host weddings on our beautiful grounds, including our iconic yellow barn conveniently located next to the cottage. The barn's lower level houses our delightful wine bar, open for limited hours three days a week. A convenient brick path connects the cottage to the wine bar, making it easy for you and your guests to savor a glass of wine.
For those seeking complete privacy, you may want to explore our other Airbnb listings, such as Oak View or That 70's House. We offer accommodations for larger groups, and please be aware that the garage and laundry room are shared spaces within the estate. Moreover, you have the option to rent all three properties together for an exclusive and expansive experience. To provide a truly unique experience, we host events regularly, which can be added to your stay. These three homes combined can comfortably accommodate up to 32 guests, and we also offer room rentals upon inquiry.
The barn and garage are not available to guests. Since the house is located on the property of an event venue, only the house itself is private, and the grounds may have other guests present. House guests are welcome to visit the wine bar on Wednesday through Friday from 3 pm to 9 pm and on Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm.
Additionally, the laundry room is available upon request and is a shared space.
