This Caribbean guest home has the best location on the Brac. The "Golden Mile" is the ONLY area in Cayman Brac with Reef Protection with a calm lagoon therefore providing calm water sports year round. I also provide a kayak which seats 2 for daily use. The south side beaches are the only ones that do not have Iron Shore on the Island. The Cottage is located on the grounds of the resident owner and is within walking distance to resorts, restaurants, gift shops ,spirits and rum store, and car rental agencies. This area is on the windward side of the island and the Cottage's peaceful surroundings offer rest and relaxation. with cooling breezes. There is a 13% tourist tax based on the total nightly charge the that must be paid to the owner in US cash upon arrival for submission to the Government.*

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the Cayman Cottage. The location is awesome and access to a beautiful beach to sit, have a coffee and relax was just what we were looking for. The cottage was nice, had a couple minor issues while we were there but nothing that was of concern to us. I am sure that Sue will take care of these as I her love for the property is quite evident

Summary: Sue has completely outfitted this house to provide you anything you may need to ensure that your stay is comfortable. From a large library of books to a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking in and enjoying the spectacular sunsets on the private and secluded beach. We had a great time.

Summary: The owner was very nice and very accommodating. There are a few choices for food nearby and only a 30 minutes walk to the food market with a beach on the property. However, I would recommend guests to have a car or rent a bike as it is a bit isolated. But the property is perfect for relaxing time at the beach and then leisurely walking to get some food.

Summary: I would highly recommend staying at this property! Sue was wonderful to work with. She got us a rental car, gave great suggestions for restaurants and things to do, and even offered to take us to the grocery store. The cottage was comfortable and in a great location. The beach was private and perfect for snorkeling or taking out the kayak Sue provides for guests. 100% would stay again!

Summary: We visited the Cayman Brac to reconnect with our family there. We were pleased to stay so close to them and the ease of the transactions with Sue was very pleasant. Everything is well kept and she makes you feel at home. The private beach is beautiful and so quiet. I enjoyed having a washer and dryer to use. When we return we will stay at Cayman Cottage again.
