Positive: The house was perfect for our needs. It was extremely comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the dogs’ gift basket. It was a very nice touch. The house’s location is amazing. We’ve stayed in 5-6 homes in Moab and this one stood out from all the others. With three granddaughters joining us, we spent a lot of time in the indoor pool and facilities. From a MTB perspective the house’s location cannot be beat.
Negative: It’s such a small thing but having traveled 13 hours straight from California we got into town an hour early but our request for a 3:00 arrival time was denied. It isn’t a negative though.
Summary: We travel to Moab almost yearly to ride and will most definitely seek out your house to rent again.

Positive: I loved it, everything was just perfect. The house its really nice, big and really clean with everything that you need. Everything was easy to find. Really easy access to enter, it made me feel like home.
Negative: To be honest I cant think on anything that can be changed or that you can improve, its just perfect!

Positive: The house was well maintained, well appointed, and very clean.
Negative: We arrived on a cold January afternoon. The door code didn't work. We called. The next door code didn't work. The first lock box code didn't work. The second one did. Hours later we got the correct door code. Also, the final bill, including all the fees, was over twice the list price. But, many listings are playing this game. So, 1 star for access, 3 stars for price, 5 stars for the house. 1+3+5=9 9/3= 3 stars overall.

Positive: Location was excellent. It was very comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen was very well set up with virtually everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. We really appreciated the extra special touches like dog bowls.
Negative: Ceiling fans with excessive dust. There were a few bugs that would be expected in this location. Dog waste in the yard when we arrived.
Summary: great place to stay with a group of 6-8

Positive: Very nice home, close to downtown-could walk, very close to shared indoor pool, lots of room for the 6 of us. Liked the convenience of being able to eat-in or cook, especially breakfast. Nice large table to share meals and play games in the evening after a long day of sight seeing. The walk-in shower in the ensuite was perfect for my mom who uses a cane. It was very helpful to have the a phone number to the local management team to assist with trash/recycling bin issues, to report the dishwasher was not working and discuss a small piece of tile missing in the ensuite shower floor (concerns we wanted to share in a timely fashion).
Negative: The dishwasher did not work so we had to handwash everything and 2 of 3 bulbs were missing in the kitchen ceiling light. Instructions asked that we put out trash bins on Wednesday evening. Someone already pulled them out before 5:30 that afternoon, so we hadn't put all the trash or recycling in the bins. Unfortunately, there was a flash flood which swept the bins away and we never discovered where they went. We did call to report this issue since we had to leave trash and recycling items in the house.
Summary: Loved the place, enjoyed a vacation at a confortable home instead of a hotel room, great location.
