Summary: The bed that I got this time were not as comfortable as the one I had a few months ago. It may be that I had a different room, but did not expect a harder bed with less cushion on top.

Summary: I was traveling from out of town for a friend’s funeral and wanted to stay in Edwardsville area since we used to live in this area. This stay was very disappointing. The coffee pot in my room was stuck in the closet on the shelf and still had used coffee grounds in it. Breakfast the next morning was supposed to be available by 6:30 am and at 7:00 am it still wasn’t ready and what was there was not quality food. There was no syrup for the waffles. In the end, I went elsewhere for breakfast. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Summary: Stated for a baseball tournament, so wasn’t at the hotel much. Easy location and decent breakfast that was served prior to our early games! That is a big plus in our book. Comfortable beds, too.

Summary: Positive 1. Great breakfast (not kidding). I will stay here again just for the food. 2. Only four hotels in town and this is comparable to the chain hotels but a few dollars cheaper. 3. In the heart of town. Next to a Starbucks and Sonic and other food. So with a car or walking, you will get food. 4.clean and quiet. 5. standard hotels with no flaws 6. family and veteran owned, for those who want to support local businesses. Negatives 1. I booked a king room on Hotels.com but by the time I got there, my king room was checked out due to some mistake from hotels.com. Nevertheless, I ended with a bigger room, so it is not a complain. 2. I prefer hotel water in the shower and it was on the warm side. 3. I think the water in Edwardsville smells, so there is nothing they can do about it but the water did not smell the best in the sink.

Summary: Room was clean. Nice free breakfast. Tidy and comfortable room. Hotel is older but well maintained. Only ask would be for larger television in the rooms. If visiting Southern Illinois Edwardsville it is perfect. It is less than 10 minute ride to campus

Summary: Easy check in. Very clean. Great breakfast items to choose from and they were delicious. Bed comfortable and room very clean. All the staff were very nice. I recommend this motel highly.
