This property has the advantage of having a three-bedroom house plus a small independent cottage for two people in a charming setting.
In the main house, the kitchen stays cool nestled into the old vaulted cellar at the entrance of the house between the terrace and the dining room. The glassed front to the vault gives open views onto the courtyard and garden.
On the 1st floor is a modern and comfortable lounge overlooking a charming terrace with a beautiful view of the gardens, pool and valley. A lovely area from where to take some calm moments and enjoy the stunning views. On the same floor is the master suite with a king size bed and a full bathroom.
The second level underneath the exposed roof beams houses 2 bedrooms with king size beds, and a shower room with toilet. Spare beds are also available.
The little extra detail that makes Les Placettes a very special place is an independent cottage situated between the courtyard dining area and the covered terrace of the pool. There is of course the possibility of a couple being independent and sleeping in the fourth bedroom which has a double bed. Otherwise the gite serves as a place of relaxation with its own kitchen, living room and bathroom as well as the bedroom. Its covered terrace is ideal for a drink or for taking a snack in the shade while staying at the pool side.
The outer dining space is situated between the house and the gite under the lime trees for shady meals. The large gardens give plenty of free space for playing games such as badminton etc. The pool is 12 by 6 metres and is secured by an electric security cover.
