The country house is the result of a careful and respectful restoration of a typical farm-house of the early XX century.today the house have been built within 5 apartments of various sizes and with a decor that recalls the distant past (in this space you can see the bigger apartment)
Near the house there was the barn and the store where they were stowed the tools of the trade ... now it has a hall for parties, billiard room, reception and laundry.

Summary: The villa and the surrounding garden are very beautiful. We rented the whole house. Silvia was very helpful before and during our stay. One building was out of use and we were not informed before hand. The use of washing machine is 4 euros which I find to be rather expensive. On the last morning 2 strangers came to hang out on the yard claiming to be next renters or so and having the permission to be there. When asked from the owner's representative the strangers left.

Summary: We were 27 people on this beautiful farm in August 2015. We went there with family and friends to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. And we could not have chosen a better place. The surroundings are breathtaking. The apartments are clean and nice and everything you need is at hand. There is plenty of space both inside the apartment and outside in the yard. There is a small playground. And a nice little pool area with sun loungers and parasols. We loved that we could all sit at the large dinner table. It was outdoors but under a roof at the service building. Which we really enjoyed during the evenings. The children and youths loved that there was a fussball game. The landlady Silvia and her son Jari were extremely helpful and solved any small problem at once. They also helped us to order meat, sausage and cheese from a local farmer. They also have a selection of wines that they sell on the farm. But just five minutes from the house is the nearest vineyard where you can buy wine or if you want to do as the Italians and refill a wine container with self-chosen wine. It is close to several cities and yet it is certainly among the beautiful fields. You will not regret that you go here. We all want to go back to this amazing place.

Summary: Well appointed clean apartment in beautiful and peaceful country side surroundings. Graceful owners are very helpful. Many beautiful cities to visit in the area and seashore at a very reasonable distance. Also excellent restaurants to discover.

Summary: We, family with two kids (11 and 9yrs) and dog enjoyed two weeks in the calm place in the midst of the Marche- hills. House and appt in perfect order, very friendly support by owners. Certainly off- the-beaten track, but close to lovely villages/towns Appignago and Teira with stores and restaurants. 30 minutes to Adriatic beaches (which were a bit disappointing, though), and ideal starting point to discover plenty of historic places and terrific Sibillinic Mountains. Perfect place to relax and explore the more unknown sites of a beautiful part of Italy. Thank you, Silvia !

Summary: We (a couple with a 3 year old girl) stayed one week in this wonderful country house. It is clean and fresh and the surroundings are wonderful. There is so much to see around, the small villages, the coast and nice restaurants. Silvia and Silvia took really good care of us and helped us with broschures and tips of what to see and do. The place is very relaxing and calm.

Summary: This summer we (Man46,Woman42,doughters14,11)and dog)had a lovely 3 weeks stay in this wonderfull countryhouse near to Appignano/Macerata.Only 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast you find the original Italian life: Perfect hospitality, nice and good restaurants in the neighbourhood and many small villages with their own character and festivals. The nature is wonderfull : It's the right mix between Toscana and Umbria. When you are looking for a place where you can taste "real Italian life"and that offers you the possibility to make (many) different and exciting trips in less than 2 hours from the countryhouse you have found it now .
