Positive: The place is lovely and the staff is excellent. We spent two nights at Maremma nel tufo, and we are very happy we found this place! The apartment on the ground floor is very nice and has all you might need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and the little veranda is very cute. The pool area is very nice with a variety of seating options. The pool was perfect for us and our young boys as they can swim - but note that apart from the steps in, it is quite deep, so it is not ideal for children who can't swim. The breakfast was a delight, with many different options that included freshly made cakes, crostata, croissants,fruits, cheese, prosciutto etc. Maria Elena and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place.

Positive: Everything :-) the place was gorgeous, the hospitality as well and it was like feeling at home. Location was superb and very close to wonderful places to visit and to relax. Breakfast was excellent as well, everything was fresh and homemade.
Negative: It's really hard to find something that we didn't like .

Positive: The hosts were really wonderful. We didnt reach at the right time but Mary was kind enough to help us through. The property has grapes, a very Cute dog, and a wonderful vibe. It has ample parking, it is on the road. The rooms are clean and romantic. The breakfast was nice and it carried the trademark warmth. The bus station is only 5 minutes away walking. The city is about 2km and requires a bus/car.

Positive: Our hosts welcomed us warmly and the room was very comfortable. Maria Elena was responsive via email and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the eclectic, charming decor of Maremma nel tufo, which was conveniently close to our destinations in town and the surrounding area. Parking was easy. Breakfast was delicious and worth the extra fee. The local bread, cheeses, homemade jam, and cold cuts were great. A big thank you to Maria Elena and Gabriele!
Negative: Only minor things - I would have liked a blow dryer for my hair and a way to reduce light from the window at night. The curtain is semi sheer. Otherwise a very positive experience.
