Positive: I liked how close it was to everything. It was in a nice neighborhood. I liked how responsive the home owner was. I liked how affordable it was. I liked that my family fit in the house and we all had a great time without stepping on each other.

Negative: Any issue I ran into, the home owner resolved immediately. I have no complaints.
