We are experienced Superhosts that love being able to provide a home away from home for you.
Located directly on the Heritage Rail Trail! Welcome to what we call “Country Infinity”.Come and relax in a leisure country setting. This house is situated on a no through traffic private lane with ample parking. 4 BDR and 1.5 bathrooms. Run, bike, walk and explore you only steps away from the trail trail. Outdoor fire pit in backyard. Ride the Northern central Railway steam locomotive along the trail can be seen passing the house once a month. Within walking distance to kayak and tubing rentals. Penn state York Campus & York college are a short distance away. Centrally located to York, Gettysburg, Hershey and Lancaster.
We offer contactless keyless check in. We are experienced Superhosts on other STR sites.
We provide three Roku streaming tv’s in living room, king bedroom and kitchen. All remotes are labeled on back and in designated area.
We provide a starting supply of paper products, spices/oil, hand soap, bar soap and laundry detergent. Freshly laundered linens and towels provided as well.
This is a property that our family has grown to love, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and ask that you treat it like your own.
*We ask that you remove shoes once inside our home, not to wear throughout the home.
**No smoking or vaping indoors, doing so will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
***Two Exterior security cameras on premises - one is located on front porch facing private lane and entrance. The second one facing side of house/yard. These cameras are not used indoors. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited, doing so will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Summary: Perfect location next to an awesome railroad turned trailway. The house itself was big, roomy, perfectly outfitted to meet all our needs. The hosts were wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in York or the nearby areas.

Summary: We used the home as a base for visits to Gettysburg, hiking the adjacent trail and other fun things in York. The home was very updated and close to York. We ran out of time to do everything and would definitely stay again!

Summary: This country home had plenty of space for us, it had window unit a/c and is older but nicely updated. I don't love carpets in rentals but they appeared clean, the steps are small and awkward so if you have young children or an older one be aware all rooms are upstairs, it wasn't a big deal for us but getting large suitcases up stairs was comical. Didn't much see neighbors on quiet lane, there are pretty big speed bumps they installed my rental van was not loving, they are very particular about going super slow down lane as it is mostly private home area.

Summary: We had a great time staying in York! This property was exactly what we needed/wanted. It was family friendly, clean, great communication with the owners, it is on a small quiet lane that is directly next to a beautiful rail trail. It was great having a space to come back to after a day of adventures. Even the beds are comfy! If we come back to the area again we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property was immaculate, well cared for, good location. Kitchen is terrific, laundry on site is wonderful. Beds are very comfortable, wi-fi is provided. Ample space to sit, read, chat. Only downside is the odar from the water. A whole house filtaration system or at least a Britta Pitcher for the counter or at the kitchen faucet would be a wonderful addition. We will definitely consider this property again should we have another workshop in the area. Thank you

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was ideal for our purposes. Every room was spotless, and communication with the owners was spot on! The beautiful walking trail was a huge plus! We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.
