Summary: Checked in Wednesday and requested daily to have room cleaned and did not have room serviced until Saturday evening around 5pm

Summary: I need to start off by praising the staff! I had nothing but friendly interactions with them and we even ended up leaving some items in the room which they helped us get back. These people prevented this stay from being awful. That aside, the property and room sucked so bad for the price. I get that its near the HOF but I am just trying to stay in Canton for the night. 150+ dollars for a room that echoed everything going on in the hallway, a shower that did not drain, fixtures that the caulking could not hold in place anymore, and a cheap small option breakfast to boot.

Summary: This hotel is under renovation so all facilities were not available. The staff was friendly and helpful but room did not have enough towels for 2 people and no cups. Hopefully when the renovation is complete the service and room amenities will improve

Summary: Should have been notified that they were under renovation. Pool and hot tub not available. VERY limited breakfast choices. No adjustment to price because of inconvenience.
