Positive: We wanted to be close to the Football Hall of Fame. This was close with many restaurants in the surrounding area. The breakfast was very good and Charlie was really friendly!
Negative: The ice machines were not working. One of the elevators wasn't working.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: The front desk staff were very inviting, friendly, and had great manners.
Negative: I did not like the breakfast attendant. It was an older man who was very rude to myself and another female who was getting breakfast. I asked him if there was any cheese for the scrambled eggs, and he looked me in my face, moved his hands from one side to another, and didn't say anything. So I asked him what does that mean, he said look around.... and said, "Do you see any cheese?" I said no, that's why I asked. He then said, "Do you think you're in a 5 star hotel?" with a lot of sarcasm. I said no I know where I am. I just asked if you guys had cheese for the eggs. He replied that he had been working there for over 30 years, and no, you guys didn't have any cheese that the hotel was cheap, and if I wanted cheese, I should have stayed at a better hotel. He was rude to a lady who was making her breakfast she sat her plate down on the buffet to fix her something to drink, and he told her to move her plate. He then said that if she wants to sit her plate down, she needs to put it on the table in the dining room. She said I'm sorry."" I just sat it down for a second to make a cup of juice, and she was about to get it. He told her, " Get it off of here," very sternly and rude. He is the main reason why my stay wasn't the best. It opened my eyes to a lot of other things that I probably would've overlooked. My room was very clean. However, one end of the hallway smelled fresh. The other end smelled badly. Only one ice machine worked in the whole building. Other than that, the stay over all was pretty ok.

Positive: Breakfast was just ok. There was not much variety. The gentleman who tended the area was kind and helpful.
Negative: This hotel is under a major reconstruction. The price for the night should have reflected that. It took almost a week to get a refund for the “incidental” charge that was posted to our account. This is not the “normal” way of doing this. Every other place we stayed, the charge never posted and was removed by the next day from pending charges. We did appreciate the fact that our room was nicely remodeled and clean. Bed new and comfortable. But you have to get past the dirty halls, broken ice machine and noise of construction to get to that room. So, just be prepared for this if you stay at this hotel.
Summary: Rate should be lower during construction, and a warning about that construction would have helped.

Negative: They are remodeling, so the hallways and carpets are bit old and sketchy looking .. On Saturday they only had sausage gravy as the hot breakfast , most country and suites always have sausage and gravy as an option and always have a meat and eggs , kinda disappointed but the breakfast servant was so pleasant
