Summary: A very convenient location near airport. Plenty of parking. Generally clean though the hallways and stairways carpets were in need of a vacuum and cleaning. Breakfast area was very clean and tidy as was the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again when in the area.

Summary: I booked this hotel with the intention of being able to unwind, relax, and use the hot tub. But once I got there, I found out that the hot tub was cemented over and not available for use anymore. I asked for some sort of discount and was told I had to talk to Hotels.com. Had I known this information beforehand, I would’ve booked with a completely different hotel. I feel I should get some sort of compensation off of my bill for the false advertising, which was not my fault. Thank you.

Summary: The hotel needs some TLC. Painting bedside table drawer wouldn’t stay closed which was creepy since we were watching a haunting in the heartland episode.

Summary: First room had dirt all along the windowsill and the heater. Also, the door didn't lock. Seemed like a big production to get me to a different room. Front desk staff was hardly available and didn't seem concerned that the lock on the door didn't work. New room was comfortable and clean. Probably wouldn't stay here again and would choose an alternative.
