Summary: Bathroom: one set of towels were provided for a family of 4. The tub was stained and appeared dirty. There was no bath mat provided for getting out of shower. Bedroom: carpet needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast: there was no meat at breakfast and was told that it would not be any re-stocked until the next day. I arrived to breakfast at 8:30 and was told that they were shutting it down, even though breakfast was not supposed to end until 9:00. I had to have the cooler unlocked so that I could get some butter.

Summary: The motel appeared modern and up to date but the service for details was poor. There was a big antique car exhibition in the city and the motel was crowded. However that should not be the reason for the lack of clean towels, working light bulbs in the bathroom, hot water for tea and hot coffee. The little things like no napkins at breakfast and no syrup for pancakes add up giving the impression that the management just is not able to keep up. The day hostess was welcoming and tried to handle our requests, but it seems the there were not enough other staff to do the other jobs.

Summary: Fitness center unavailable. Indoor pool nice at the price point. No shuttle to airport. Breakfast more than continental. Plenty of eateries around. Huge suite - two TVs.

Summary: It was very humid in the room. Even with the air at 69 the sheets and clothes were humid. You need return air flow When booking, I was never told that I had to pay an additional $50 at check in for damages. What would've happened if I didn't have the xtra $$.??

Summary: No towels in bathroom, had to get from front desk and they never brought up a bath Matt which I requested 4x. No towels in pool area. Carpets were dirty. Bed was comfortable. I left a necklace in room by accident when I went swimming. Called front desk 1/2 after I left and asked for housekeeping to look for it. Of course they said it wasn’t there. Breakfast area was neglected

Summary: The bed frame was either broken or damaged, it was very angled. The ac unit made a weird loud noise what woke us up in the night. Breakfast was severely lacking.
