Summary: This hotel was difficult to locate... it seems to be hiding behind the Best Western hotel. Hotel was quiet and clean and generally very good, but oddly, nearly every chair I saw was very worn and should be replaced.

Summary: I was very impressed with the hotel! It was very clean and the staff were very outgoing! I only had one thing that was an issue and I did not bring them to staff’s attention. The computer chair was peeling horribly, it left black specks one my skin and clothes. Other than that the room was great!

Summary: The front desk lady was very rude and kept changing the prices per night , it say kids under 18 free but she wanted to charge us a extra 200 for 2 nights I will never stay there again and we were not the only family she did that too, we were here for a cheer competition but she made us very uncomfortable and we had to scramble to find a new hotel,

Summary: Was only here for one night. Clean room. Breakfast was good but a little cold. Used the microwave to heat it up. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard. Overall nice hotel.

Summary: I appreciate a quiet room wherever I stay but this was anything but. Whoever stayed at the room above us caused the ceiling to loudly squeak when they walked about. I coule hear the guy in the next room talking on the phone literally all night still keeping me awake at 5 am dropping random f bombs. I was hoping to get a late check out so I could come back and shower after I completed the marathlon I was running in the morning before heading home and they offered no such option.

Summary: My fiancé and I spent a weekend in Columbus last weekend and stayed here for the first time. It wasn’t terrible but we definitely had some issues. It started at check in. I had accidentally booked this room for an adult and a child and the woman made a huge deal about it. To the point she wasn’t going to let us use the reservation and asked me to cancel it and book again correctly. I could no longer cancel because it was check in day. She then said well they may charge you more for another adult. Ok whatever. She finally gave us our key. The room was kind of musty smelling but things seemed clean. There were a few places in in the shower that could have been cleaned better. Our TV doesn’t work. The woman can’t fix it and said the person who could wouldn’t be there Until late so we said it could just be fixed the next day. The man was absolutely rude to us for no reason and tried to act like we broke it. He needed up changing it for a new TV. Breakfast was actually decent. Typical continental breakfast style. We were eating Sun morning and the rude man who fixed the TV was cleaning up and mumbling himself what a mess it was and sighing. Just very unprofessional. There are also geese that hang around the parking lot that will attack you. I doubt I’ll stay here again, but it was fine for what we were there for.
