Summary: Great hotel. The person in charge of the breakfast did a great job, he was very helpful, friendly and try toensure guest had a great experience. Room was very clean.

Summary: Rooms need updating. Hairdryer with was burning, shower soaps were empty, A/C extremely noisy.

Summary: Check-in was smooth & the front desk staff was friendly & very accommodating. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the renovations going on during our stay. The price for the overall state of the hotel & smell of the paint was a bit much in my opinion. The one detail which made this an okay experience was the attitude of the staff. I cannot say enough about the politeness, care, & professional service from every member of the staff we encountered, from the front desk to the maintenance & housekeeping, all were very friendly & pleasant. The breakfast is well worth visiting, also. David ran a tight ship, keeping everything fresh & friendly, which made breakfast both days a fantastic experience. I'll definitely wait until the renovations are complete, but I shall give this place another shot. It's in a good location & plenty of services are just minutes away.

Summary: The first room we were in the air conditioner the belt sounded like it was going, they quickly put us in a new room. The second room the bed was hard as all get out. The staff there is friendly and in honesty if the bed was more comfortable we would always choose this hotel. We come to Peoria 2-3 times a year.

Summary: The pool and hot tub were closed due to a problem with the ceiling. This did not appear to be a new issue, so I wish they had notified us in advance to give us the option to book elsewhere. The beds were concave in the middle and none of us slept very well, but the rooms were clean and reasonably quiet.

Summary: Overall not a great stay. They are in the process of updating their hotel but we had a lot of issues in the room. One of the TVs didn’t work, other TV cable kept going out, dresser drawers would not stay shut, and they had no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed where my kids were sleeping. A couple positives: staff were friendly, not busy at all, pool open til midnight, and free cookies.

Summary: I didn't know they were working onbthe hotel during my stay. I didn't like the fact that we had a ride to our event and then in the middle of our event we get a call saying we can't pick you up we have to get someone else. Why didn't they tell us before they took us so we couldn't enjoy the rest of the event had to worry about getting back to the hotel. The bed was very firm and off centered. The only good thing was the breakfast. It was really good.

Summary: Fresh fruit and cookies to grab upon arrival we're appreciated. Friendly receptionist. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The pool and hot tub were warm. Slightly dirty as we found some hair floating in both and we went swimming at 8 am so would expect it to be cleaner Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Staff was friendly. Even the staff doing the upgrade work were kind and helpful. I would stay here again.
