Summary: My experience with this hotel was great! Only one concern. The house keeping staff did not really understand me and I of course had difficulty communicating with her. She was not mean nor rude. Thank lady checking me in was so very helpful and informative. I couldn’t have asked for any one better.

Summary: The pool room was freezing and the water wasn't heated. Our toilet didnt flush properly and ended up overflowing so we were moved to a different room. The fridge in that room was broken so we had to move yet again to a new room. The elevator was super slow and shaky.

Summary: It was a good stay. My room was spacious and clean. I did notice some malfunctions. The front door was stuck open and the elevator was down. I was on the first floor so it didn’t inconvenience me. My only complaint is the second door in my room located in the bedroom that went outside. I did not like that at all and cold air blew under it. Overall, I survived and got what I paid for.
