Summary: Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice, spacious, comfortable, and clean room. Would happily choose this hotel again if in the area.

Summary: The hotel wasn’t bad but our room wasn’t very clean we found notes from the last occupants kids on the floor. The room was not very clean. The outside doors lock at 10 but no one was at the desk to answer my call to be let in after I ran to the car without a key just before 10. The WiFi was unusable being slower than the 1 bar of cell service we had. It’s not in the best are and the drug addicts that were passed out in the corner wasn’t a good site. Breakfast was ok at best.

Summary: Just a bad stay. Got to our room, the door was already open, looked like someone had sat on the bed already, the heat was on in the middle of August with dirt, debris and dust bunnies all over the floor in front of heater. We asked to switch rooms because that is a little uncomfortable and eery. All we got at the front desk was excuses and reasons why these things happened. We didnt get any empathy or an apology until I asked if we were going to get one. He said he is not supposed to change reservations but will under these circumstances. I mean I didnt need to know anything of what he said quite frankly. Just "I'm so sorry about that, would you like another room?" would've worked just fine. He literally said "housekeeper always leaves rooms open, she's famous for it and he needs to talk to his manager. Also maintenance was in there fixing the air conditioner, so he must've left it on heat and thats why the debris is on the floor. Also the maintenance guy probably was the one who sat on the bed." So I didnt need excuses or justified reasons. Just apologize and move me. Yeah, we wont be staying anywhere near there again.

Summary: The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. I didn't find out until 930 pm that the shower was broken. I couldn't turn it on no matter what I did. The bed was comfortable and the room large and spacious.

Summary: No more biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Stayed here many times and always get the biscuits and gravy one of the days.

Summary: We were just passing through the area so we didn’t need much and wanted a hot breakfast included. This was a bit of a miss. The fridge was leaking all over the floor because the whole inside was iced over and the tv remote didn’t work at all so we had to push the buttons directly on the tv. I fixed the fridge and cleaned up the water and my daughter and I took turns getting up and changing the channels and adjusting the volume, so we managed. Breakfast was fine—they had biscuits and gravy and waffles. This didn’t affect my rating, but I do prefer more hot protein options like sausage or eggs.

Summary: We've stayed at this hotel every summer for the last several years. It's the best option for us, considering proximity to family, price, quality, etc. Pros: staff are friendly. The rooms are as advertised and clean. The windows open up a few inches. It's relatively quiet. Plenty of parking. Free cookies in the afternoon. They are very generous with the amount of complimentary bottled water they provide to guests. The breakfast is standard continental fair with a DIY waffle station. Cons: the sheets are synthetic and, while soft, make you perspire. The fridge is inside a cabinet, and we feel it cools better if the cabinet is left open, which is awkward. Minimal towels provided without asking for more. You can hear some traffic and train noise, but it's pretty minimal and doesn't bother me (despite being fairly sensitive to noise). This year, the AC stopped cooling sufficiently on the second night of our stay. We've never had problems before, so it was probably just one of those things that happens sometimes.
