Summary: The photos make this hotel look a bit nicer than what it is. Unfortunately the options are limited in this area for accommodations. Although the price was right, I wouldn’t say this hotel is particularly clean - we had dust on table/countertops and dirt on our floors. Although the hotel appears to have updated, it’s really just lipstick on a pig — you can tell there’s a lot of deferred maintenance. I would only rebook if I had no other option.

Summary: Check in was fine. The mattress was one a flimsy, metal box spring that creaked. The mattress was sinking in also. We didn't notice until we went to sleep there were red streaks on the bed spread

Summary: I've stay here many times and would normally have recommended it to anyone but this last time had drastically changed my mind and we will no longer be staying here. On our last day as we were getting ready to leave my youngest son got away from me when i dropped my keys and ran down the hall, unknown to me someone had jammed open the door to the pool area and I barely caught my two year old son before he fell into the pool. I barely caught him in time and was extreanly upset since i thought that door was suppost to be closed. I got my family to the car and went to check out and told the women at the desk about the door and what almost happened and the saftey issue. She told me that she's the one that left it opened because it was so hot and muggy in the pool area and that I should watch my child better. It says right by the dam door not to leave it open! Not only was she rude but I'm not risking my child drowning because someone can't keep a door that's suppost to be closed for safety closed.

Summary: The parking lot was very small and difficult to navigate with a full sized truck. The lot was full of contractors trucks and trailers

Summary: We chose to stay due to location. Staff was friendly enough. Elevator wasn't working and we were on 2nd floor. The hallways were not very clean-you could tell they were not vacuumed all the way to the wall, behind the doors, etc in quite some time. Our room was fairly clean-but again behind and under things not cleaned well. The furniture had a lot of wear and tear (drawers/doors wouldn't close due to damage). The room was a nice size and had been updated as far as flooring paint and decor. Internet worked well. Hot tub jets were very low pressure.

Summary: At check in the woman had been eating food, licked her fingers and used one hand to do everything else to check us in. Once in the room it was noted that huge scratches were made from moving furniture, rips in the curtains, large stain in the chair, pleather covering was ripped on the chair In the bathroom hair was on the floor and cut fingernails. I used a towel to clean it up, and the towel became black/red with whatever was all over the floor. I asked to move rooms and brought her the towel. No appology was given and she said she would try as they were full. She did. Next room was in similar condition. I didnt have time to check bathroom floor as we had some other guests joining us.

Summary: The elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor. My wife had been ill and it’s difficult for her to walk up the stairs. Also, no ice or vending machines on the upper floors

Summary: First impressions: made to feel as though I was a bother and had interrupted her conversation with someone in the back room. This is the second Country Inn booking for me in the last month. Both have been disappointing.
