Summary: This property was exactly what we needed for this trip! We will definitely be returning. It was minutes away from the Sherwood Forest Faire and a great place to relax in between attending the festival. Everything from the dog welcoming committee, the human host, and the gorgeous property were just splendid. By far the best host I've ever had.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay and the hosts were so kind. The house was so cute, clean and setup with everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and hanging out on the dock. Our labs and us absolutely loved all the space to roam and walk.

Summary: The property was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was a cold, cold, wet weekend but we were snug and warm. It was so close to town that we ran over for a couple of meals and a little shopping. I've stayed at other facilities and what I really appreciate about this one is that we didn't have to pay a cleaning fee and then be directed to clean the house! Very easy, reasonable instructions to simply strip the beds we slept in. The hosts could not have been more accessible, accommodating and kind. We hope to come back during warmer weather and take advantage of the pond and outside spaces. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Summary: My wife and I hosted our family, at times we had 13 people in that house and it was very comfortable very accommodating sleeping was as advertised. Well done Ryan.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying here while shopping during the Round Top Fall Antique Week. The place is not far from all the activity and is a nice retreat from all the people. The owners are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need. There is plenty of space and we loved waking up to a beautiful view and some friendly pups coming by to say good morning. We recommend staying here!
