Country Living in a Tiny Home! It may be only 400 sq ft but it packs all the amenities that you need for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. This Tiny Home has a small fire ring outside with a park grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors. You can also relax on the deck and listen to the frogs in the nearby creek. As you go inside the Tiny Home to the left of the front door there is wraparound seating with a dining table. The TV is located above the table. The couch and coffee table is to the right of the door. Walking straight into the Tiny Home is the kitchen that is fully stocked with all items to eat in if you so desire. To the right of the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer. There is a hall closet to hang clothing or to store away your luggage. The bathroom has a standup shower (no tub). The bedroom has a king bed and more storage. In the living room take the stairs up to a loft where there is also a king mattress and TV (the overall headroom is 3 feet) it would be an ideal spot for young children or your teenagers. At the top of the stairs on the left is a small storage area for the loft area.

Summary: This was our first experience in a Tiny Home and we loved it. The price is reasonable, the location perfect as it was removed from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and the space was ideal for the 4 adults.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying in a tiny house. Quite an experience. It was cute, clean and well stocked and decorated. We had a minor problem shortly after check in, and Lamar came right over to assess the situation, and Mike was there within a half hour to make the necessary repair. Lamar offered to move us, but it was a quick fix. We were quite pleased with the quick response. If you have mobility issues, it is difficult to get in and out of bed as there is only about 6 inches to move on the sides of the bed. We found ourselves crawling up from the foot of the bed. I would also suggest a small lamp on the bedside shelf for those who like to read in bed at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, away from the congestion of the strip, but close enough to hit all the attractions.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and the tiny home had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helped me with an issue that I was having even though the directions that I failed to see were right on the frig. The location is perfect for heading into and out of the Great Smoky Mountains.

It was clean and in the perfect location to jump on the road to the Smoky Mountains which is where I went each day. There are a few wineries within walking distance, a Dollar General also within walking distance in case you need anything and not to far from Gatlinburg.

Summary: We stayed in a tiny home and for the most part it was perfect. The wall to wall king bed may interest some, but not us. A queen would be perfect in that room. But everything else was clean and comfortable. Thank you.
