3 Bedroom Bed & Breakfast in Millsboro

Three bedrooms, two full baths on 3/4 acre property surrounded by shade trees. 22 minutes to Rehoboth and Lewes Beaches. 10 minutes to the Rehoboth Bay and Sports at the Beach! Multiple casual and fine waterfront dining! 5 minute drive to Baywood Greens described as the "Augusta of the North,” Baywood Greens is by far the most visually spectacular golf course in Delaware. Close proximity to popular shore destinations! This listing only encompasses the first floor of this two story house with its own private entrance. It is very spacious and has over 2000 square feet of living space for our guests to enjoy (see photos). The owner/host lives on the second floor with a separate and private entrance. The owner shares the large driveway and also accesses the detached garage on the property. The open floor plan and the high ceilings makes this an enjoyable space to experience. All the rooms are light and spacious. The bathrooms are very accommodating , as you can see in the photos. There is an outdoor patio to experience with lawn furniture and barbecue grill. This vacation rental has a vey relaxing feel to it. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. This is not a party house. We have neighbors close by and we respect their privacy. The Property has outside cameras. Please include entire guest list prior to making your reservation. The Host may request Photo ID's from ALL GUESTS upon arrival and during stay. We do not allow parties, events or visitors. If you would like to alter your guest list or discuss visitors, after making your reservations, you must first contact the Host through the Vrbo website prior to your arrival. Summary: My group had a lovely stay here! It’s quiet, well stocked, and away from the crowds of the beach. It’s a relatively short drive to at least 3 beaches and a ton of restaurants/breweries, so the location is great! My one gripe (which is a personal preference so it didn’t affect my rating) is that the beds are very firm. I’ve got joint issues, and the bed was so firm it exacerbated them. Meant I couldn’t have as much fun as I planned, but that’s the risk of staying somewhere new. Overall, I’d recommend this place to others!

Summary: My husband, daughter, and I had such a good time at this lovely property. The house (and rural setting) are so pretty and the house is very comfortably furnished. As many of the other reviewers have noted, the house is quite spacious. There was a large area in the living room and dining room for our family to spend time together, but also lots of space in the three bedrooms to spend individual, quiet time alone. The bath and bed linens were extremely nice as well. And, we loved having two bathrooms! This house was really just perfect for us. Mark is an exceptional host, and getting the chance to meet him was truly one of the highlights of our vacation! We're already looking at our calendar to see when we can go back!

Summary: Mark was absolutely amazing, super helpful and goes over the top to assure you have everything you need for an awesome stay. The house is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, spacious. It’s in a wooded area with areas to sit and relax in nature. I really can’t say enough about this place, other than it’s perfect!!!

Summary: We needed a place to stay while moving my husband's parents out of their DE home. The home is exactly as described and was a relaxing place to land after a long day of hard work. We didn't cook but the kitchen was nicely appointed and I believe a meal could be easily created with the equipment provided. On our last night we needed to park 3 vehicles and a U-Haul. We spoke to the host who was very willing to accommodate our needs. The parking area can easily hold several vehicles. Bring on your boat or RV but make sure the host is aware. Mark is friendly and enjoys meeting his guests. All and all a great stay!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay here! Mark is extremely friendly and helpful. We even sat outside by his grill and all ate together for a couple hours one night. The space is roomy and well appointed. The location was close to some friends and close enough to area beaches that it worked well for us. The master bedroom bed was on the firmer side but quite comfortable. Very nice host and a peaceful location. Highly recommend!
