Summary: Well appointed, well decorated, everything we needed in the kitchen and more! Outdoor amenities exceeded our expectations (kayaks, paddle boat, fishing rods, fire pit, hammocks - even armadillos, snakes and turtles - which the grand children loved). Host was engaged and personable, too.

Summary: Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us! It was the perfect place for our children, grandchildren and extended family to stay. Plenty of room for everyone - the kids loved the lofted beds- and the gathering area was perfect for our family meals. The grounds are so beautiful and the ponds are full of fish - in fact I don't think our grandson played a single video game the whole time he was there. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the hammocks. It was also the perfect place for our daughters small graduation celebration. Fantastic hosts and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends in the area.

Summary: Had a great time in the outdoors, fishing, paddle boats, kayaks, and around the fire pit at night cooking s’mores. House was very nice, Cozy and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were great to work with.

Summary: We had a wonderful weekend at the lodge. Matt was easy to communicate with and made our whole family feel very welcome. We enjoyed fishing and caught several bass. We also loved sitting around the large dining table for meals together and later gathering around the firepit. We brought food and some disposable plates/cups and the lodge had everything else we needed for the weekend. Thanks again!

Summary: Took family and friends to celebrate a grandson's birthday and we were definitely not disappointed! The cabin was comfy and beautiful and there was plenty of fun and fishing at the beautiful pond and the firepit kept everyone warm and happy at night. Matt was always accommodating and accessible and made sure we had everything we needed for a great weekend. We are already thinking about our next trip back!

Summary: Our family stayed for three nights. Matt was both attentive and flexible! The fishing was awesome, and we enjoyed using the paddle boats and kayaks. We had a wonderful time!

Summary: We loved this property! So many beds that are all so extremely comfortable with soft blankets and tons of pillows! We loved the huge dining table that had bench seats that could be moved around. The outside was the best part. We went on the paddle boats, made a campfire, and grilled on the provided gas grill. There was tons of firewood and the host provided a basket of Graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate for s’mores. We asked him where the coffee pot was (there was a provided Keurig), and since there wasn’t one, he knocked on the door the next day and had purchased a new one for us to use! Excellent host that is very good about answering his texts. Since you are out in the country, don’t leave food out that is open on the counter or ants may come in. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: I can not say enough about our weekend getaway at the Lodge at Pear Tree Lane. From fishing to boating to late nights around the fire pit, this was a perfect location for our family to come together for the weekend and just enjoy family time. Wonderful rustic accommodations, Matt was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to our needs. The attention to detail in this beautiful and peaceful setting allowed for our family to make memories for years to come. The children saw a momma dear and her twins and they were in awe. Thank you for sharing your beautiful family lodge.
