Positive: They have setup a Hamam there on the ground floor. It keeps the floor warm and honestly it was the best thing for winters. In fact, we both slept on the rug on the ground floor instead of on the bed. It was such a relaxing sleep. It's a newly built place so it's squeaky clean. Host is also good, they really try and take the best care of the guests.

Positive: The cottage was very spacious with all the facilities and enough room for 4-5 people. The highlight was the hammam flooring that kept us warm during harsh winter nights. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Overall a great place with great Apple orchards and Mountain View.

Positive: This place is newly built (Jan 25). The design of the house is so close to nature and even they use walnut wood trees to craft the handrail of the staircase. The host gave us a warm welcome and even sent us to the car for the final goodbye that made us touched! Please don't think twice about booking this place, you're gonna love it! There are 1 king bed and 1 single bed together with comfortable and warm blankets. The guest may also spend time on the living hall where they have traditional heating system (using firewood and special custom rocks). The cottage has 1 bathroom with high pressure of water heater. The place not so far from gulmarg, where it is located at tangmarg. The host own a travel agency and you may hire them for activities in gulmarg which a few kilometers away The host who stay nearby provide services where you can order breakfast, lunch or dinner at affordable price. The taste of the food you won't find it at other places because it is a delicious home cook meals. .
Negative: It is pretty cold on the above floor as the main heating system is located at the ground floor

Positive: I like the nature of the owner. He is polite and generous. Always ready to serve you whatever you want. They welcome us with a gift, given us a tour of his apple garden, dropped us to the airport with a minimal charges. If time permits, i would have stayed there a bit more.
Negative: There should be a TV and a handwash basin within the room. Rest all is perfect.
