Summary: The floor had crumbs on it and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was down for maintenance and the hallway smelled weird.

Summary: Desk staff were informative and polite. The room was neat but not polished. It was a chilly night and the heat in the room didn’t work. Nor was there a remote for the tv. We were tired so we just crashed and left in the morning.

Summary: There were stains on the bath towels and a pillow. The heating unit didn’t work so we had to switch. Hallways had debris on the carpet. The drawers on the dresser would not stay shut, so there they constantly open

Summary: Old hotel and it showed. Weird smell throughout the place and the bathroom wasn't that clean. Bed was worn out and not very comfortable. Needed a receipt to turn it from my expense report and I tried to get one 3 different ways without luck. Had to turn in confirmation emails through Hotels.com instead. Would not stay here again.
