Summary: The bad: There is no elevator or at least we never found one. We asked 2 staff members and zero response. Beds are terrible. Our room 2 queens were springs, nothing else. No padding, no cushion. My kids are 60lbs and said the beds were not comfortable. Breakfast is cereal and waffles. We didn’t find anything else. We came down at 730a and there was no place to sit and no food left. Not even milk, or waffle mix. We didn’t find anyone to help and so we dined out for breakfast both days. The place was filled with transporters of RV and Amish families. Parking is very hard if you get in at 10p. There are 2 handicap spots and both filled by non handicap stickers or hang tags. My husband is handicapped and we had to park almost on the backside of the hotel. I would say, this not family hotel, but hotel for older folks or folks needing to rest for the night. The good: If need to rooms and areas are very clean. Water pressure is good and towels and bedding need a refresh. I would stay again if all choices were filled.

Summary: Let me start with the lady at the front desk, she provided an overview of the area (Nappanee IN - Amish Country) n I had few questions. She was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was spotless, Soap, body n shampoo smelled so good. The pool was very clean and my kids used it. The Hotel is centrally located on the far west side of Nappanee located on Route 6. Breakfast was nice, it was missing the yogurt however the lady said, yogurt will arrive a little later today.

Summary: The rooms were fine and clean. Our stay was just overnight so we didn’t need much. Bfast was good the next morning and staff was friendly. If you aren’t looking for anything fancy but just need a comfortable stay, I’d say book it.
