Positive: Spotlessly clean, large and comfortable apartment with beautiful and expansive sea views from its large balcony. Great a/c, easy free parking in the attached covered garage. Owner is responsive to questions and provides many thoughtful and kind touches in the apartment, such as welcome snacks and drinks, coffee, beach supplies including towels and folding chairs, etc. Even a large Coleman cooler—everything you would need for a day at Seven Seas beach! The bed and linens are very comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated—cool, clean and perfect for oceanside.
Negative: Everything was great about the property. While we were there the property next door, the El Conquistador, was doing some construction.

Positive: Closeness to the ocean…just a few yards away from our balcony!
Negative: The check-in instructions were inadequate. They did not mention the basic first step: drive into the garage and sign in with attendant, who will take us to the elevator.
