ENTIRE Carriage House
Our carriage/guest house is located on a 1.3-acre private property, full fenced and within walking distance (500 yards) to the Pacific Ocean. The main house faces the ocean, the carriage house is located in the far back of the property amongst trees/below a mountain.
*High Speed Internet – solely your own as we have 2 separate services on site.
*Key-less entry - Lisette completes in-person check-ins and will give a quick suite tour, it is not necessary to meet in person for check out.
*Water filtration for the entire property - you can drink from the tap.
The Master Bedroom
This 360 square foot modern, serene, and private room is self-contained with a large 240 square foot balcony. That is, 600 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space!

*55” Smart TV – full cable, music channels – swivels towards the bed, the shower or the soaker tub.

*60" TV in the living room which also swivels so you can watch TV while cooking.
*Outdoor patio with seating that overlooks the property
*Second bathroom for the husband :)
*Privacy between the main suite and the master bedroom - 2 TVs and "space" if needed.
*Electric blinds - chose between totally open, totally closed or semi-open.
Additional amenities: starter kit of coffee, various types of tea, hot chocolate, sugar, coffee cream. Please feel free to inquire if you have any special requests.
***Besides your personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, etc.) you may wish to pack your own slippers and/or housecoats. Outdoor shoes can not be worn in the suite.***
The carriage house is on the same property of the owner’s house yet totally private. It is its own separate home and there is ample distance between them.
Interaction from owners only if guests initiate contact as our guest’s privacy is of the utmost importance to us. As owners, we are only a text or phone call away 24 hours a day if anything is needed. We live onsite and will be onsite for guests should they require anything.

Summary: There isn't anything Lisette hasn't thought of for this property. She greeted us with a short tour of the property when we arrived. It was cozy and private and anything and everything you need is there. The best part of the stay has definitely gotta be the soaker tub, especially for those rainy days. The location is great for exploring on the east coast of the central island. Lisette went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of fantastic. We would definitely revisit if in the area again. Thanks again for everything! 😊

Summary: We haven’t even reached our home yet and I want to go back. Bright, airy, clean and comfortable; this place is a ten out of ten. Lisette was so welcoming and she made us feel at home, instantly. We really enjoyed our stay and we will certainly be returning next time we head over to the island.

Summary: Although the pics on the VRBO website are great they do not do this property justice. This place is simply fantastic. Not one item is overlooked in this suite. I can’t put to words how happy we were renting this and in my opinion it’s a bargain. The hosts were just as amazing as the suite. Very accommodating and friendly. We hope to make it back to this little paradise of a place!! 😃

Summary: The only complaint is the place is too nice. Like seriously, you'll miss it when you go back home :). But its a great place. Much better than any hotel ive been to (even the resort in Hawaii), and another rental ive been to. I cant even pin point anything to say is great, the WHOLE place is!!! Nice new kitchen stuff, fancy lights that are all on dimmers, the very nice large bathtub and shower, 2 bathrooms, 2 nice big tvs in bother rooms, a nice desk and comfy office chair, the very comfy couch. Next time im up visiting again im definitely renting this place again for a few days.

Summary: As a business professional, I am often on the road, working remotely and seeking accommodations that are private, safe/secure, and with a solid internet connection. This property has it all and then some! The 'Carriage house' guest house is located on a well maintained gated property, has a private garage, security codes on all the doors, modern decor/amenities, reliable internet access and more. I worked remotely out of this location for 2 weeks (originally booked for a single week but chose to extend my stay) and had a great time! Lisette and Peter ensured I had everything I needed, made themselves readily available to answer any questions and periodically checked in to ensure my stay was going smoothly. I almost didn't want to provide a review because I'd love to keep this gem all to my Self. If you get a chance to visit the area, this is by far one of the best VRBO's I have stayed at to date on the island, and I will definitely be returning. The address is very central, but located in a peaceful/private neighbourhood. Is the perfect getaway for just about anyone - Whether you are seeking a romantic couples retreat, or a business professionals private remote workplace! I could gush about this property at nauseam to convey just how great it is but... I suggest you just see for yourself!

Summary: We’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals and this is the best by far. Brand new, beautifully designed and appointed, totally private deck overlooking pastures. Master suite is to die for, comfy king, soaker tub, great fireplace. Very romantic!! All topped off by the best host ever! Lisette is very sweet and most helpful and accommodating. It will be an annual event for us now!
