Positive: Great character apartment with nice large rooms. Perfect location and close to attractions, bistro and subway.
Negative: Quite expensive but fair given location and specification of the property. Some cleaning and renovation supplies taking up cupboard space.
Summary: Really lovely character apartment in great location. Good size rooms and nice little balconies to enjoy

Positive: The beds were comfortable and the space was big. Location was great once we got in
Negative: The check in process was hard. Appartement Monceau requires an outside application to book and reserve. If you are going to book this apartment do not do it through booking.com and do it directly from them. They asked me to pay twice through the application, I sent them pictures of my payment confirmation emails and they still didn’t believe me. I’m also still not sure if I will get charged through booking.com or not. Overall a bad process. They asked for screen grabs of your passport and credit cards through the booking.com chat with links that didn’t exist. The whole process felt like phishing. Also good to note there is only one bathroom and it is off of one of the two bedrooms. They will charge you for any dirty sheets, face cloths, towels, dish towels, etc. So maybe consider bringing your own if there’s any concern.

Positive: I recommend this property for those who use public transportation and want to stay nearby Eiffel Tower which is directly accessible by Bus within 20min....Appartement was very spacious and comfortable with family making them feel like at home.
