Positive: Close to downtown area

Negative: Dingy looking inside, carpet needs to be removed, a/c unit had mold residue and the cover to control it fell off when lifted, tv froze many times, toilet flushed at a very slow pace and filled up with lots of water slowly.

Summary: Convenient area to downtown, paid too much for nothing but standard 90’s style room. Needs updates!!
