Positive: This is a modern clean hotel with a great staff. The Bistro room is pleasant. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Negative: The rooms are small. The “store” items are very expensive. Water was $4-$6. The Bistro breakfast averaged $25.

Positive: the staff at the front desk and the restaurant were exceptional.

Negative: my room was never cleaned, and towels were not replaced until I made a phone call. There was no body wash, no towels were replaced and when they were only one bath towel was included. Trash cans were never emptied. Fireworks went off until very late into the night and the daily am trash pick up woke us up very early.

Summary: Better than expected, but a few improvements would make a difference.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable.

Negative: There was no coffee available until 7am and they way overcharge for it. There were many different groups staying there with athletic events to get to early. It is totally unreasonable to make the guests wait that long, especially when there is no coffee shop close by. Also, if the breakfast can't be complementary the coffee should be. I payed $215 for one night. I should get a cup of coffee for free.
