Summary: Super quiet, clean and friendly . I loved the hot tub and pool of course ! I thought the balconies were nice and the courtyard seating also.

Summary: Very helpful front desk. First room bathroom door would not close. Moved us. Second room TV worked inconsistently. Curtains/Shades would not close all the way. Kids roaming the halls late both nights of stay.

Summary: Nancy at the front desk on Monday when we arrived was so welcoming and compassionate. We were up there due to a death and she was so kind. Easy parking. Nearby restaurants. The hotel is designed so no noise is heard from others guests, like doors slamming or elevator dings. Breakfast available.

Summary: Disappointed there was no room service. I’ve stayed at Marriott’s before and have always had a good experience until this time. People across the hallway were partying until 1 AM and I had to call the desk twice to complain. The walls are paper thin and when the next guest arrived I could hear them talking until 2 AM. So do not recommend If you are a light sleeper…

Summary: Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean although trash wasn't emptied prior to us being assigned to the room. Good location. Street was busy but managable to get in and out and parking was plentiful around the hotel. Breakfast was confusing as Hotels.com ad said breakfast was included but staff didn't seem aware. The problem appears to have been pvercome but I did have to aign a receipt so we'll have to see...

Summary: Very disappointed that the laundry was out of service. Specifically booked this hotel because it had laundry available and I needed it based on our travel schedule. When I asked about whether the was another laundry available the front desk just said no without any other help or assistance. Also the pool was closed which was another amenity we wanted to use. Room was clean and comfortable but feel I deserve compensation for lack of promised amenities.

Summary: I’ve stayed at the Courtyard a few times over the years and I have always had a pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Room pricing is convenient. I will continue to stay at the Courtyard for any future visits.

Summary: We enjoyed the social/ communal area in the main entry/ lounge and found the seating options above average. The room was clean and very stark. No pictures or paintings in the room and there were no grab rails in the bathroom/shower. A little warmer feeling in the room and more safety safety features would be appreciated. Staff was excellent in all respects.
