Summary: Place was fine but the hotel had NO HOT WATER….which is important and a basic service I asked about a discount for the inconvenience and the answer was NO BECAUSE YOU BOOKED THROUGH HOTELS.COM. Is that correct? Not a very good look for Hotels.com.

Summary: We only used the hotel for an overnight stay near the airport because we had early flight. The shuttle was on time at 6:30am and we had no trouble making out flight.
