Summary: I had great service. The same woman that checked me in last time took great care of me again and was very friendly. She helped with the accessible accommodations we needed and checked to ensure everything was okay. She is the reason i would stay there again.

Summary: The carpets just seamed dirty, they felt sticky against my feet I could not walk around the room barefoot. It really gave me the ick.

Summary: i was charged deposit without notification. I agree with that but you need to tell the customer before charge. No good service at restaurant at evening.

Summary: Great in all areas, very conducive for quality sleep. The only hiccup was the 4:00pm check-in. Just inconvenient enough to take an hour of rest away ( after a long trip) before heading to an event.

Summary: It was a perfect stay for long weekend. The hotel and rooms is clean. Very conveniently located to our event and downtown Austin. The only thing is there was no in room safe. Otherwise highly recommend it!
