Summary: The rooms and all areas of the hotel were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Only a couple of things I would improve/add: there was no complimentary breakfast, the bistro was only open for defined times and there was no availability for a good coffee when closed. The location was not close to coffe shops or restaurants. Our initial room had a malfunctioning AC and when we advised of it, was told that it would be reported but there was no maintenance person there that day (Sunday) but they would send housekeeping to take a look and if it didn’t work correctly we will be changed to a new room. No one came so the next day I advised the desk personally and was told ‘oh, yes that the engineer has advised there was a problem with that particular unit ‘ - no advice was communicated by the desk until I re-asked. They did change room for us but we had to hurry to changeover as we had an appointment - no help was offered. Not sure we would stay there again.

Summary: Everythingwas great, the pool was awesome! Check in was a breeze.The only thing was it looked like our shower had missed being cleaned. But because I am always prepared i cleaned it. I also fell they should have had some kind of trash bags in the trash cans but i had that also. Only one reg coffee in the room but i also came prepared. If you are flying it would be hard to stay here unless you are willing to spend the time and money at the restaurant. We were on the run with 3 grandkids and it was a wonderful time.

Summary: The hallways and the pool water were freezing cold. The pool is the reason I went to the hotel in the first place. The floor of the pool looked dirty and there were no towels. I encounter a supervisor ordering my breakfast who also spoke Spanish and she was amazing, very nice and caring.
